Group Reformer Class
This class is done on the Reformer, which is great for an all-over workout. This apparatus provides balance and alignment to your body. With the primary focus being on the core, or “power house,” it challenges your body as a whole, improving strength and flexibility. Work out in tandem with other people to inspire and motivate you in this group setting. The class schedule is available on-line at our website. Capacity is limited to 5 people, so you must call or book on-line to reserve your spot. Session length is 55 minutes.
Group Tower Class
The Tower consists of springs and the Pilates mat work, a combination that promotes core strength, muscle toning and mind/body coordination. We offer a variety of fitness programs using group tower sessions, and can utilize various movements to emphasize different body parts to strengthen and sculpt the entire body. The Group Tower Class is our largest group exercise program and can be a lot of fun! The class schedule is available on-line at our website. Capacity is limited to 6 people, so you must call or book on-line to reserve your spot. Session length is 55 minutes.
Pilates with Props Class
Combine the precise, dynamic movements of the Pilates mat with a variety of props including Tower springs, magic circles, hand weights and foam rollers. This class promotes core strength, muscle toning and alignment of the entire body. The result is a flowing, energizing and mindful workout.
Reformer Refuel Class
The Reformer work aligns and firms the entire body through resistance training and focused movements and transitions, a combination that promotes core strength, muscle toning and overall mind/body coordination and rejuvenation.
