The tower takes traditional mat pilates to the next level with straps and springs connected to a wall that are used throughout the work out. The straps and springs allow pilates students of all levels to specify the range of motion and resistance for their body. Owner Sheena Jongeneel wanted to bring the tower to our studio because she found that many people were not strong enough for Pilates mat moves, "and with the tower you use more of your body resistance than the reformer." Our studio offers tower classes for up to six clients twice a day.
First group classes are $20, single classes are $35.
